Looking for Kanu is not my responsibility, Gov. Ikpeazu says

As the whereabouts of the leader of the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, remains unknown, Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia state has stated that the responsibility for producing Kanu is not his and should not be placed on him.

Ikpeazu, in whose state the IPOB leader was last seen said “Those who are looking for him may have a better knowledge and have the capacity to determine the location of anyone in Nigeria. There are people who are trained to track people and it is their responsibility, not mine.”

Kanu has not been seen since the Army raided his hometown in Abia state on September 14 and was also absent in Court when his treason trial continued last week.
