The Nigeria Governors’ Forum chaired by Gov. Abdulaziz Yari of Zamfara state, hosted the outgoing governor of Ondo state, Olusegun Mimiko, to a valedictory dinner at the State House Banquet hall in Abuja.
Mimiko completes his second term in office next week and will be replaced by Rotimi Akeredolu.
Former Edo governor Adams Oshiomhole was also sent forth by the NGF at the same dinner.
Earlier in the day, a biography of Gov. Mimiko, written by Prof. Onayemi, titled Mimiko’s Odyssey, was launched in Akure, the Ondo state capital.
