There are reports that Boko Haram terrorists moved into an Adamawa town called Wagga on Wednesday, where they abducted 40 women.
The latest abduction comes despite the insistence of the federal government that it secured a truce with the terrorists. However, since that truce was announced, neither the violence, nor the abduction has ceased.
We are still monitoring this latest development.
Meanwhile, in Michika local government area of Adamawa state, gunmen attacked a village called Sina on Saturday night.
